Now that you’ve got a piece of equipment, how do you plan to maintain it? Consider purchasing an SMA to keep every copy looking as good as the first. However we realize that every customer is different, as a result we are offering multiple SMA plans.

Best reasons to purchase an SMA:
- Budgeting & Expense Control. SMA plans are generally billed per 30,000 copies. Rates can be locked in for higher or lower copy counts depending on customer usage. We also offer per month and quarterly billings.
- Response Time. Customers on a SMA receive priority when scheduling for normal and emergency technical serve.
- Computerized Dispatch. A national automated parts distribution system and computerized dispatch of field technicians maximizes equipment uptime.
- Unlimited Technical Support. A major cost of maintaining office equipment is technical labor. Travel time, labor and follow up calls (during normal working hours) are all provided under our SMA programs.
- National Technical Support. Our factory-trained technicians receive national technical support including electronic bulletins, trouble-shooting guides, updated parts & service manuals, remote diagnostics, and on-site engineering support.
- Electronic monitoring of Toner and Service Codes: We will set your machine up to notify us electronically when toner or supplies are needed. It also will notify service codes. A proactive solution that leads to better service and uptime.
- Equipment Loaners. We provide our SMA customers equipment loaners at no additional charge. In the event that our technicians can not repair a unit in a timely fashion or if the unit needs to be brought into our shop for repair, a loaner will be provided at no expense.
- Operator Training, Programming & Application Support. With modern office equipment, training, programming, and support are essential. This support is provided to our SMA customers upon the initial installation and also as requested during the life of the equipment.
